BSNL Customers can Earn Reward Points Joining to ‘GO GREEN INITIATIVE’ Scheme

State Run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has enabled to its customers to Earn 10 loyal Reward Points through ‘GO GREEN INITIATIVE’ scheme. The BSNL Competent Authority has initiated this program to reduce paper printing work and delay in receiving bill statement as ‘Reduce Reuse Recycle’ the new BSNL Landline and BSNL Broadband customers who opt for getting their monthly bill through soft copy i.e ‘E-mail Only’.

The customers who joined in this scheme for getting any BSNL bill through ‘E-mail Only’ can Earn 10 loyalty reward points and Hassel free immediate receipt of Telephone bill through ‘Email’.

How to Get Landline and Broadband Telephone Bill on Email?

  • Customer can log in to BSNL Self care portal website and place their request for getting Telephone bill on ‘Email Only’ option.
  • Eg: Go to BSNL Official Website  - Click on Customer Care link - Select Account management and Loyalty points.
  • Customer can approach Customer Service Center and make request for ‘Email Only’ option.
  • Customer can approach BSNL Call Center by dialing 1500 and register number for e-bill.
The above ‘GO GREEN INITIATIVE’ scheme shall already available for BSNL Landline and BSNL Broadband Customers from 1-10-2013.
