BSNL Himachalpradesh starts eAuction for BSNL Mobile Fancy Number through Online and SMS services

State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has started e-auction for BSNL Vanity/Fancy numbers across Himachalpradesh Telecom Circle for limited period. The Competent Authority of Himachalpradesh BSNL uploaded BSNL Vanity Numbers online which are now available for Himachalpradesh Circle customers to participate in bidding for fancy numbers at predetermined rates valid limited period for 8 days.

BSNL has simplified process for grabbing choice Mobile Number along with affordable plans tariff. Customer can easily join to take part online bidding to seize personal identification BSNL vanity/fancy numbers through BSNL e-auction website, the details here under follows:

Online bidding
1) To participate in online bidding customers should register their mobile number by visiting BSNL e-auction Portal for free of cost.
2) Customer can register their mobile number through ‘Login/Register’ link. Login with email and mobile number to get password through SMS and email after successful registration.
3) The customer can select the number of their choice and proceed for registration of the same by paying non-refundable nominal registration charges against for each selected vanity number and will be included in the next bill of the postpaid customers and registration fee will be deducted from the talk balance of Prepaid customers the payment will be done online.
Note: Registration charge and incremental value are same as that for auction through SMS.

SMS bidding
Without any internet connection customers can bid BSNL Mobile Vanity numbers very easily from their mobile sending a single SMS to 56666. For bidding bsnl vanity numbers customers shall be charged @ Rs.2/- for normal registration. To register choice BSNL mobile fancy number Rs.150/- will be charged for Registration which is Non-refundable for vanity number and Rs.2/- will be charged for the above per SMS each number. The registration amount will be deducted from customers main account balance on choosing number. The bidding shall be allowed in multiple of registration charges (Non-refundable) above the minimum reserved price of fixed (Excluding Service Tax).

List of Vanity Numbers
The BSNL Competent Authority of Himachalpradesh Telecom Circle has fixed rates according to the levels of Vanity/Fancy numbers available for customers offered at base fixed prices. Himachalpradesh Circle Customers can register their personal vanity/fancy numbers through Online or sending SMS using their mobile phone.
The above bidding process will start from 18-11-2014 00:00:00 hrs and ends on 25-11-2014 23:59:59hrs.
