New Speed restoration plans implemented to restore the speed to the normal when the speed is downgraded due to crossing of usage as per the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) under Unlimited Broadband plans on FTTH (Fiber to the Home) services.
According to BSNL official reports a good response received from ADSL Broadband customers after striking success of BSNL DSL Broadband Add on Data plans. Now, BSNL Competent Authority has decided to extend the facility to BSNL FTTH Unlimited Broadband plans customer at affordable price.
With this new Speed Restoration plans Customers can experience high speed internet usage at original speed after FUP download limit at Rs.100 (2GB data usage), Rs.200 (5GB data usage), Rs.300 (10GB data usage) and Rs.500 (20GB data usage) under FTTH Unlimited Broadband internet plans.

The above speed restoration plan will expire after exhausting the data usage as mentioned above or on completion of billing cycle, whichever is earlier.
The above scheme will be implemented immediately in all Telecom circles.
Note: The date of is implementation in each telecom circle vary depending upon their technical feasibility and availability.
