PAN India 3G Mobile Service Operator BSNL introduced new Add-on packs for postpaid subscribers offers Free Voice Calls.
Great opportunity for BSNL Postpaid subscribers new or existing where they can make Free Voice calls (On-net) with in a group or family members or Friends and Family or STD On-net numbers or Single bill option with nominal monthly charges.
To promote postpaid mobile services and to attract new customers, most trusted Telecom brand Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched five types of Add-on packs as follows,
(1) Single Bill for Maximum five mobile numbers
(2) Friends and Family CUG Add-on
(3) Free Call Facility
(4) Pool and Share Facility
(5) Combo Add-on under Postpaid mobile services.
Single bill will be issued if a customer wants to get a single bill for maximum five numbers i.e father can get single bill for all his family members (son, wife, daughter, mother etc).
Customers will have to communicate their consent for availing the single bill option in an application with signature of all the interested group (Family) members.
To avail this scheme customer will be charged Rs.25 per month (Fixed Monthly Charges) and single bill scheme charges would be included in each time bill issued.
However, the facility will be free, if all the plans are of FMC (Fixed Monthly Charges) of Rs.525 and onwards.
Free voice calls shall be allowed within five mobile numbers (On-net) within the Circle under CUG (Closer User Group).
Customers have an option to opt maximum five numbers to any specified on-net Landline number (with in circle numbers) to offer free voice calls under Friends and Family CUG FMC scheme.
Customer will be charged Rs.25 per month (Fixed Monthly Charges) per CUG member. Under this format if person ‘X’ wants to add friend or family person ‘Y’ as CUG member the charges will be applicable for both ‘X and Y’ at Rs.25 + 25 and both will be added for each other.
Free call facility to any one specified mobile/landline (on-net outside LSA i.e STD number). Free call facility is available only if any of CUG facility as above is opted by the subscriber Single/same number shall be specified by all the CUG members.
Customer will be charged Rs.50 per month (Fixed Monthly Charges) per subscriber.
Pool and Share Facility:
In this facility maximum five mobile numbers can subscribe whereby, they will be able to share their freebies each other.
The customers are in FMC of Rs.525 or onwards this facility is free and they will be charged Rs.25 per month per connection.
The above Schemes are not applicable to Enterprise Business and Government Connections.
The above five Add-on facility packs will be launched in all Telecom Circle under Postpaid mobile services.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
Note: The date of implementation in each circle may vary according to the technical feasibility and availability.
