FREE Public Wi-Fi Hotspots enabled States and Cities in India

After unveiling budget WiFi, 3G Connectivity enabled Smartphones, Tablets from branded companies the usage of Internet gradually increased everywhere in India. The requirement of data usage has been developed and the telecom operators are exercising to catchup the customers requirement introducing various plans, packages, and boosters for Internet usage.

State run Telecom Company BSNL recently launched WiFi HotSpots in major cities (Public places) i.e Varanasi, KasarGod, Thiruvananthapuram and soon to be expanded in other areas.
 
In this course major telecom companies are moving ahead enabling Wi-Fi Hotspots in major cities or public places for mobile users across the country catching technology advanced trend. Developing country like India the Government in other hand encouraging telecom companies to enable WiFi Hotspots in Public places of major cities.

Recently Indian Railways started free WiFi services in Bangalore Railway Station. World’s longest free WiFi zone is in Patna beating China’s Beijing 3.5km zone. Thrikaripur is the first Wi-Fi enabled Panchayath in India.
