are only available in Andhrapradesh Telecom Circle.
This because According to the Performance and sales in each circle will depend on the above schemes implementation.
Right now you can continue with available STVs according to your requirement for better cheaper rates.

For every six months you've to recharge Topup Rs.220 (Including ST)before expiry to get life time validity. BSNL has setup this condition as mandatory.
