"Black-out days” for the Calendar year 2012

According to the Telecom Revenue Authority of India (TRAI) instructions and reporting requirement Barath Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), listed that charges will be livied on Block out days for SMS sending on Occassional and Eve events.
All LSA wise Black-out days for each calendar year is to be intimated to TRAI. 
The list of Black-out days for the year 2011 in which concessional Voice call/SMS have not been made available to BSNL customers are furnished below. 
Further, as per TRAI direction, such Black-out days shall not exceed a maximum of five (5) days in a calendar year.
1. New Years' Eve (31st December)
2. New Year Day (1st, January)
3. Valentine day 
4. Diwali
5. Christmas day

The Black-out days mentioned above may be kept as the same for the Calendar year 2012 yet to be decided shortly, after the approval of the TRAI.
