Andhrapradesh Telecom (BSNL) Full Talk value details as below:

• The AP BSNL Competent authority has been decided to offer Full usage value equal to MRP on Topu up-110 denomination.
• The above Full usage value on Topup Denomination starts from 01-07-2012 to 10-07-2012.

Andhrapradesh Telecom (BSNL) New STV details as below:
The AP BSNL Competent authority has introduced New STV-43 for 1 paisa per 2seconds under 2G and 3G Prepaid Mobile services.

• STV cost: Rs. 43/- (Including Service tax)
• Local Call charges: 1 paisa/2seconds (Any Network)
• Validity: 30 days
• Applicable: Both 2G and 3G Prepaid Mobile plans
• The above STV will be starts from 01-07-2012.
