The Minister of State for Communication and IT said in his written reply to the Parliament informed that, State run Telecom companies BSNL and MNTL Subscribers are not switching to private operators due to poor Network and Unsatisfactory services.
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) assessed drive tests of BSNL network in selected cities with independent agency against the parameter of Mobile coverage of various telecom services and exposed quarterly performance report.
After exposing Quarterly report by TRAI foreseen Subscribers are very much set believe and pleased with State Run Telecom Company services after their poor Customer service related matter but finally they are the best in India with their better-quality Network.
TRAI also stated that, many of Complaints receiving on Mobile Operators on various issues and services. Only the State Run Telecom companies are strictly following their regulations and implementing the same across India in related to Radiation, Tariff and Hidden charges.
Only 0.6% of Total Subscribers have ported out of BSNL till ending of June 2012.
How BSNL is Number one position in Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
In the earlier article we discussed about Kerala Telecom Circle BSNL has appeared number one position for grabbing of 3.6 lakhs (Net gain) connections via MNP.
Recently in so many of reports noticed that Private Operators and Mobile companies in India are sliding down their revenue due to heavy competition in the Telecom Tariff what BSNL and MTNL earlier noticed.
