Youtube.com and Facebook.com Websites may be blocked?

The State Home Department of Jammu and Kashmir directed all the Internet Service Providers to take all measure for blocking of ‘Youtube.com’ and ‘Facebook.com’ for not accessible to subscribers in the state to watch Anti Islam Controversial Film.
To maintain the Law and orders and in the interest of Public safety Jammu and Kashmir Government directed all licensed Telecom Service Providers and ISPs to take necessary measures for blocking of the above said Websites.
Wherein people may not able to download or upload the contents of “Anti Islam” film or related videos.

There should not be any provision is offered to the subscribers for sending bulk mails containing suspicious files/versions may be filtered and be blocked strictly.
