(a) Without outgoing call facility and
(b) Without internet browsing facility in the Circles under North and West Zone.
In continuation to the above BSNL offering only for Video calls (Domestic) SIP to SIP calling within BSNL network in Circles under North and West Zone with following bsnltariff terms and conditions:
Usage charges for Domestic Video Calls
1. MRP is defined as: Maximum limit of the price allowed to be charged to public by VCO operator.
2. Defined Rate is: Basic price charged to VCO operators (Excluding Service Tax and Cess).
3. BSNL advised to its channel Partners to make a provision to display the bsnltariff rate on the screen of phone before making the video call i.e. Rs. 3.00 per MCU (45 sec).
Facilitation charge for VCOs: VCO operator shall be at liberty to charge facilitation charges based on market dynamics on per call basis for incoming/ outgoing calls. Such facilitation charge should be displayed prominently for customer information at the VCO.
All outgoing calls made from VCOs shall be charged as Video Calls, i.e., there shall be no separate usage charges defined for non-Video calls. Similarly incoming calls will not be charged.
The VVoBB equipment shall be from the list of compatible equipments given on BSNL website. ADSL modem will be provided by BSNL on outright sale basis or a compatible modem may be arranged by VCO franchisees themselves.
All terms and conditions of the EOI and agreement shall be followed.
