Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has Launched new rate cutter SMS Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) under GSM Services.
The BSNL Competent Authority has introduced new cutter SMS STVs under GSM services with following terms and conditions:-
