The BSNL Competent Authority has declared 14th February, 2013 (Valentine’s Day) as a Black-Out-Day as per the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) directions across Karnataka Telecom Circle and other Telecom Circles on occasion of Valentine day.
How to Send FREE SMS on Black-Out-Day's?
On this Day the below terms and conditions will applied as given below:-
- No free or discounted SMS will be available to existing / new customers, who have subscribed to SMS STVs or have free SMS offered along with new subscription.
- No free or discounted voice call will be available to existing / new customers, who have subscribed to voice STVs or have free voice call minutes offered along with new subscription.
- Discounted call facility “Friend & Family” will be not available during this day.
- BSNLTariff for SMS/Voice call charges will be as per the plan tariff on this day.
