Most of the BSNL Mobile subscribers increase their validity by using Easy Recharge option (C-Topup) but minimum per cent customers fail to see and remember validity of account. In this situation BSNL has enabled option to its customers Automatic Validity Extension the Customers who are having enough balance in their BSNL SIM Account. Such customers validity extended on the last day of expiry an amount of plan voucher (Used for validity Extension or Migration from one plan to another) deducted from main account balance.
For extension of Validity a reminder about expiry date intimated to BSNL customers a week before about GP-1 (Grace Period) starts, via SMS services or IVRS or Customer Care etc. Customer who are in GP-II (Grace Period-II) after expiry of GP-I without extending validity reminded again before 2-3 days before entering into GP-II to extend their plan validity immediately via SMS.
The customers in GP-I only incoming calls allowed and out going calls barred immediately after validity expiry in inaction taken by customers after intimation of validity extension. Then after if the customers having enough balance for Plan Voucher then plan account extended automatically or else un enough balance for Plan voucher intimation delivered for extension. The customer credit balance cleared automatically without any notification after credit clearance date.
The above Services will be implemented with effect from 01-10-2013.
