BSNL West Bengal introduced Full Talk Value and Full Usage Value Offer on Topup Vouchers

State Run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to gain more market share revenue across India introducing Full Usage Value and Full Talk Value offer in various Telecom Circles under GSM Mobile Prepaid Services as promotional basis for limited period.

Now, the competent Authority of BSNL has launched Full usage value equal to MRP on Topup Voucher/C-Topup/Flexi Topup with MRP Rs.100/- to Rs.199/- and Full Talk Value on Physical Vouchers (Not applicable for Easy Recharge) of Rs.10/-, Rs.20/- and Rs.50/- across West Bengal Telecom Circle for limited period.

The above Full Usage Value offer will be implemented with effect from 01-11-2013 to 15-11-2013 and 17-12-2013 to 31-12-2013.
The above Full Talk Value offer will be implemented with effect from 01-11-2013 to 30-11-2013.All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
