MSRTC Launch Mobile app for passengers and 24hrs 7 days call center helpline

Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) is the state run bus service of Maharashtra, moving to introduce Mobile app for its passengers to service 24 hrs 7 days. MSRTC setup helpline for passengers to ensure women’s safety and installing CCTV cameras, GPS/GPRS and Wi-Fi facilities on all busses with digital display indicators showing real-time arrival-departure of buses.

New mobile app is linkup with other applications such as Google Map to locate bus station and bus’s arrival, departure real-time and get details of buses and their fares.
Call center is for both passengers and drivers/conductors help passenger on call to lodge complaints or making suggestions to improve the system and drivers conductors on call of mishaps or untoward incidents during journey. The facility is available on AC and 200 semi-luxury buses.
