BSNL and Syncroute Joint Starts Certified Telecom Professional (CTP-Wireless) program for fresh graduate engineers

BSNL in joint partnership with Syncroute Infranet Pvt Ltd, is launching a certification course known as ‘Certified Telecom Professional (CTP) – Wireless.
In a effort to bridge a gap between the skill level of a fresh graduate and industry expectations and make the fresh graduate engineers, industry ready. Wireless which aims at uncovering the potential of our engineering cadre and presenting this talent to meet the challenges before the telecom sector.

This joint partnership has nation-wide trail and addresses students across the country to be trained at various training centers nationally. Enabling the Sync through CTP – Wireless cource aims at creating efficient and knowledgeable RF engineers and managers, who will be engaged in making India a world class player in the Telecom Management segment.
This short course covers all the major aspects of the Wireless Telecom Sector like, Cellular Communication and GSM System, CDMA and WCDMA (3G), TD-LTE (4G), Digital Communication, Transmission Techniques, Optical Communication, Mobile. This will be followed up with in field hands on practical training on Telecom industry requirements, such as Site Surveys, Drive Test and Soon, Intensive 120 hours of power packed training.

CTP course content has 6 modules covering advance technologies followed by the traditional telecommunication systems.

The profiles available for you could be: Survey Engineer, RF Engineer, Transmission Engineer, Switch Engineer, OMC or NOC Engineer and VAS Engineer.

• What salary you can expect in my first Job?

Based on your qualification, performance in interview and the organization, initially you may get a salary package ranging between Rs.96000/- to Rs.200,000/- per annum to start with. However, after one or two years of experience, students can expect a substantial growth and rise in their salary packages.

Eligibility
Candidates who are either in the final year or passed out from BE (Electronics/ECE/EEE/IT) are eligible for the program.
