After the expiry of prepaid mobile plan BSNL introduced automatic extension of validity under minute pulse rate.
State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched new Lifetime Prepaid plan for mobile users comes with lowest rate of Plan charges of Rs.8 (Incl of ST) under GSM Mobile services comes with initial validity for 180 days.

For new activations or migration to this new plan customer will get 180 days initial validity under Life time plan to extend the validity to lifetime customer need not to recharge plan voucher though its comes with preloaded option of automatic validity extension after expiry of plan.

Under this new plan customer will be charged Perminute Local calls/single SMS at Rs.1 and all per minute STD calls /single SMS at 1.5 only. Customers will be charged 0.75ps for Incoming voice call in roaming and 0.02 per 10KB for mobile data usage for prepaid mobile users. All the other charges under this new Lifetime plan will be as per BSNL Per Minute Plan.

The customers who did not get their validity extended before Grace Period-I (15 days from expiry) or they have balance less than Plan voucher amount and are due for entering into Grace Period-II(165 days from GP-1) after expiry of GP-I, should be reminded again to extend their plan validity on 10th  and 11th day of GP-I through SMS or IVRS or customer care etc.

For GP-I customers not having sufficient balance (i.e., balance less than Plan voucher amount) in their prepaid account and in the absence of a response or inaction by the customer, the plan validity of the customer may be extended on the last day of GP-I state after deduction of the plan voucher amount of the Plan of Rs. 8 from the account balance and intimated accordingly.

The above new Lifetime Prepaid plan will be available with effect from 25-03-2015 in all telecom circles as a regular prepaid plan.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
