Out of the nine existing Telecom Operators in India BSNL only One Operator extended helping hand during the Chennai floods for providing uninterrupted services.
According to the information received from social media nearly 80 percent of people shared their views about BSNL function and services during Chennai Floods. Once again Private Telecom Operators proved that they’re working and servicing for their profits not for people at the time of natural calamities.
BSNL is the only Telecom Company with social commitment on top of its charts. But, most of the people won’t encourage BSNL services and their dedication towards public.
Whereas, private operator mobile network totally collapsed, BSNL only the company able to maintain its mobile network at very heavy extra operational cost.
