BSNL on Promotional basis extended Free WiFi Broadband Modem Offer further period of 90 days on PAN India basis.
State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) earlier introduced ‘Free WiFi Broadband Modem’ Offer has been extended for customers who subscribed under annual and higher payment option of any existing Broadband plans.
BSNL planned to increase Broadband customers, has been decided to extend the earlier announced promotional scheme to offer ADSL WiFi Modem at discount rate/free of cost to the Broadband plans customers who subscribe under annual and higher payment option.
As per latest information, based on the response from customers and field units BSNL competent authority has decided to announce extension offer on BSNL WiFi Modem for Broadband plan subscribers in all Telecom Circles for a period upto 30th September, 2016. Under this scheme customer will allows to purchase WiFi Modem with 5 Year warranty support from BSNL at a discount rate of Rs.500/- only.
The above scheme will be available on promotional basis upto 30th September, 2016 in all Telecom Circles.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

Free WiFi Modem at Free of Cost details for Broadband customers
- ADSL WiFi Modem at a reduced sale price of Rs 500/- (inclusive of VAT/ sales tax) to the new broadband customers who subscribe under annual / higher payment option of a broadband plan with FMC of Rs 600/- and above but less than Rs 1000/-.
- ADSL WiFi Modem 'Free of cost' to the new broadband customers who subscribe under annual / higher payment option of a broadband plan with FMC of Rs 1000/- and above
Refund of amount when customer surrenders Broadband connection?
- BSNL will adjust the amount from the advance rental/security deposit when Broadband customer who has ADSL WiFi Modem at reduced sale price /free of cost and surrenders his broadband connection before expiry of committed period.
- If customer has WiFi modem at reduced sales price, Rs.1000/- shall be adjusted
- If customer has WiFi modem at ‘Free of cost’ Rs.1500/- shall be adjusted.
- Customer who opt for annual / higher payment option charges are to be paid in advance.
The above scheme will be available on promotional basis upto 30th September, 2016 in all Telecom Circles.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
