In association with M/s OnMobile Pvt Ltd BSNL launched limited period Promotional Trigger based contest for Postpaid and Prepaid mobile customers who subscribe to BSNL IVR 56505050 services. 

Under this scheme subscriber who scores highest points can win Bumper prizes like Gold cash card (worth Rs.60,000) for Top user, Cash card (worth Rs.25,000) for Top user, Monthly Shopping voucher (worth Rs.5000) for 8 user, Weekly Mobile Recharge (worth Rs.500) for 120 user, Daily Mobile Recharge (worth Rs.50) for 600 user, Activation Bumper prize (worth Rs.10,000) and assured price (worth Rs.20) for 1200 user under Value Added Services available upto 14th February, 2019.

Procedure to participate in contest Flow on 56505050 (IVR) for Active users

• Once an MSISDN subscribes to the contest, the MSISDN will be charged Rs 5 per day during the
• contest period.
• Subscribers can play the contest by calling 56505050 toll-free.
• If a caller has unsubscribed and has called back while the un-subscription is still in process, then an un-subscription pending prompt will be played and the call is dropped.
• Once the subscribed user has entered the contest application, a welcome prompt is played to the subscriber, the first time he/she calls for the day that provides an introduction about the contest.
• This is followed by the Instructions prompt (INTRO_INSTR) – that informs the user that he/she can press 9, at that point or after listening to a question, to change their language or to know more about the Contest.

If subscriber presses 9, then he/she will be taken to the Info zone, wherein the user is given 5 options:
1. To Choose your language Press 1
2. For information on Prize press 2
3. For instruction Press 3
4. And for Terms and Conditions Press 4

To play the Contest press 5

• If the user selects the language after pressing 1, then, he/she will be taken back to the Contest where he/she can continue from where he/she left, in the chosen language
• Pressing 5 will take user back to the Contest where he/she can continue from where he/she left
• If user presses any of the above options other than 1 and 5, then the appropriate prompt will be played according to the option selected and then the user will be taken back to the same menu of 5 options.
• On max error, take user back to the contest.
• If user does not press 9 then he is taken to the 1st question.
• Each question has 2 answer options
• After every question and answer options, a beep prompt is played. Subscribers can answer the question only after the beep.
• Subscriber can press 1 for 1st Option or 2 for 2nd Option on the phone keypad to answer.
• For every right answer the user will get 1 point. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
• After every right answer, the user will be played an appropriate response followed by the updated score and given the next question.
• After every wrong answer, the user will be played an appropriate prompt followed by the updated score and given the next question.
• The questions will be played randomly from set1 for Subscription Model
• The subscriber is played the questions one after the other till he/she finishes answering all the questions.
• If caller gives an invalid input then an appropriate prompt is played and the question and answer options will be repeated. On subsequent invalid input two more chances are given to the caller.
• If caller still continues to give 2 more invalid inputs then an appropriate prompt is played i.e. upon max error the call is dropped after telling the caller to come back and complete the Contest.
• The above applies to callers who give no response also.
• To listen to a question again users can press *.
• If the user stops playing further questions, then he/she can continue playing by calling back on 56505050, to receive the next question.
• If the caller calls in for a second time or more, without completing the questions, he/she is played a short welcome prompt followed by the score, if his/her score is NOT 0, followed by the Instructions Prompt
• If user does not press 9 after this, then he is taken to the next question.
• If user stops playing the Contest after answering the nth question then when he/she calls back, he/she will be played the (n+1) th question.
• If user stops playing the Contest without answering the nth question, then when he/she calls back, he/she will be played the nth question, which will be played randomly. i.e., if a user listens to the 2nd question but drops the call without answering the 2nd question, then when he/she calls back, he/she will be played the 2nd question, but since the questions are played randomly, the question maybe different from what he/she received previously.
• On the last day of Contest, the exit prompt will inform the user that they have completed all questions of the Contest and the winners will be announced soon. They will be informed about the upcoming game if the details are finalize

Prize-wise winner selection criteria and process

1st Bumper prize: Rs.60,000/- worth Gold Card to Maximum point scorer
2nd Bumper prize: Rs.250,00/- worht Cash card to second maximum point scorer
Monthly Prize: Rs.5000/- Shopping voucher for Eight user who scrored maximum of 20 points
Weekly Prize: Rs.500/- Mobile Recharge for 120 user who scored maximum of 10 points
Daily 1st Prize: Rs.50/- Mobile Rechrge for 600 user who scored maximum of 4 points
Activation Bumper Prize: Rs.10,000/- worth Cash card for scoring 1 Point

Bumper Prize
No. of prizes = 1
The selection for the Bumper Prize will be conducted at the end of the contest 1 MSISDN across all circle-groups* with highest cumulative points, in the least amount of time, during the contest will be selected as the winner.

Second Bumper Prize: No. of prizes = 1
The selection for the Second Bumper Prize will be conducted at the end of the contest 1 MSISDN across all circle-groups* with highest cumulative points, in the least amount of time, during the contest will be selected as the winner.

Monthly prize: No. of prizes =8 (1 MSISDN per zone* 4 Zones*2 Months)
The selection for the Monthly Prize will be conducted as per Monthly schedule***. 1 MSISDN per Zone groups** with the cumulative score of 20 points, in the least amount of time, during that Month as per the schedule***, will be selected as winners.
1 MSISDN can win the Monthly prize only once in the contest

Activation Bumper Prize: No. of Prizes = 1

The selection for the Activation Bumper Prize will be conducted after the Contest ends.
1 MSISDN across all circle groups* with a score of 1 point during the contest period, is selected as the winner of Activation Bumper Prize.
One individual winner irrespective of the MSISDN can win only one of the above prizes.
In the selection of Bumper Prize, Second Bumper Prize and Monthly Prize in case of a tie in the score and in the time taken to answer, 1 round of tie-breaker will be conducted for all the tied MSISDNs. In case of a further tie in the score and time taken, in the tie-breaker, the selection will be conducted by checking the time taken by the MSISDNs to answer x-1, x-2 questions in the tie-breaker. i.e., if the tie-breaker has 35 questions, and there is a tie in this, then, the time taken for an MSISDN to answer 35-1=34 questions will be considered. In case of a tie in this, then the time taken to answer 34-1=33 questions, and so on will be considered.

Weekly prize: No. of prizes =120 (1 MSISDN *15 Circle Groups*8 weeks)
The selection for the Weekly Prize will be conducted as per weekly schedule****.
1 MSISDN per circle groups* with the cumulative score of 10 points, in the least amount of time, in that week as per the schedule, will be selected as winners.
1 MSISDN can win the Weekly prize only once in the contest

Daily 1st Prize: No. of Prizes = 600 (10 MSISDN*60 Days)
10 MSISDN across circle groups* with minimum score of 4 points, on that day, in the least amount of time, is selected as the winner.
1 MSISDN can win this Prize only once in the contest

In case of a tie in the selection of the Daily Bumper Prize and Weekly Prize, the winner will be selected which MSISDN has achieved the score 1st in point of time.
The points scored by an MSISDN from the questions that the MSISDN is entitled to answer in a day, based on that day’s charged value will only be considered for selection.

Assured Prize: No. of Prizes = 1200 (20 MSISDNs * 60 Days)
Daily first 20 MSISDNs across all circle groups*, who attempt 1st question of the contest will be selected as winners.
