Public Telecommunications company in India, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited - BSNL has announced the launch of Christmas 2020 offers for its prepaid mobile customers across India.
According to the latest information from bsnl official website bsnl.co.in, BSNL launches a new Plan voucher 199 comes with thirty days validity and available from December 24, 2020 onwards on PAN India basis.
What are the freebies available on recharge of prepaid plan 199?
On recharge of BSNL new plan 199 Voucher gives unlimited voice calls to any network (with 250 min / day FUP condition), unlimited data usage (with 2 GB / day FUP condition) and 100 free SMS / day. Customers who recharges this new 199 plan coupon can enjoy all the above freebies for a period of 30 days during plan validity.

BSNL prepaid mobile customer who recharges plan 998 will get additional data usage of 1GB extra with existing data usage of 2GB per day data limit. When any prepaid mobile account subscribers recharges 998 prepaid plan voucher will get total 3GB data usage as promotional basis instead of regular 2GB / day and the validity of this plan will remain unchanged i.e 240 days.

New 199 prepaid Plan voucher Terms and Conditions: Under voice segment, 250 call minutes / day FUP (Fair usage policy) condition is applicable: "The customer who uses more than 250 minutes of outgoing minutes [(Local + STD + outgoing roaming) (BSNL Network / Other network) based on the benefits of unlimited recharge] in a day will charge the as per base BSNL Tariff plans charges, after consuming 250 minutes for the rest of the day until midnight 00:00hrs.
"The voice freebies coming with plan 199 prepaid voucher (if any) cannot be used for outgoing calls to premium numbers, IN numbers, International numbers and other paid USSD short codes; the subscriber will be charged the applicable rates for the same. Promotional Extra data usage offer on STV 998 offer for 90 days: Free data usage benefit offered with STV 998 upto "3 GB per day" instead of regular 2 GB per day data limit available during the 90-day promotional offer period, from 24-12-2020 to 23-03-2020. After the promotional offer, all the freebies offered will return the same to 2GB / day. All other benefits and advantages will remain the same.
The above Prepaid tariff plans will be applicable from 24-12-2020. The implementation of the bsnl tariff of prepaid will comply with the 43rd Amendment to the Order of telecommunications tariffs and with the orders / guidelines / clarifications issued from time to time by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
