BSNL Tariff Plans and STVs now available with multiple recharge facility to escape expiry data or credit clearance or number deletion. Now, BSNL prepaid mobile customers can take advantage of the multi-recharge feature with the following three additional recharge vouchers: 99, 319 and 666 available from 18th October, 2021 onwards.
BSNL TARIFF PLANS HIGHLIGHTS
- BSNL customers can pay in advance to recharge their Prepaid numbers with the same plan voucher.
- BSNL allows the multiple recharge function only on selected plan coupons and special rate coupons.
- The second / third recharge coupon will be queued (bsnl recharge queue) in the system.
- The validity will be automatically extended after the expiration of the existing offer.
How to Transfer BSNL Sim card Ownership to Other name with same number?
Now BSNL prepaid mobile customers can take advantage of the early recharge feature and forget the stress of extending the validity of the last date. BSNL launched this early recharge feature in 2020, where it allows prepaid customer to add maximum of 2 consecutive early recharges of the same denomination.
The advance recharge made by the customer will be activated automatically after the expiry of the currently activated plan / STV. The early activation of the STV will be communicated to the customer via SMS.

Telecom PSU BSNL has decided to allow three more recharge offers under multiple recharge feature (1 + 2 recharge). STV 99, STV 319 and PV 666 are the most popular recharge plans and STVs which offers unlimited data and voice calls to prepaid customers in all telecom Circle.
Therefore, the BSNL authorities have decided to allow a multiple recharge scheme / early recharge scheme for these three popular recharge offers with immediate effect in south zone telecom Circle.
An official statement from BSNL regarding the launch of the Multi Recharge Facility at new offers of 99, 319 and 666 reads as follows: -

What is the BSNL Early Recharge / Multiple-Recharge / Recharge in Queue feature?
The BSNL recharge queue feature in prepaid services is very useful for customers who also want to prepay their next recharge plan. This helps customers enjoy flawless service from the next recharge, as the next prepaid plan continues to work after the first charging plan ends i.e basic plan voucher expires.

Some important points about BSNL multi-charging facility
- User should note that the bsnl multiple recharge plans feature will work for plan vouchers (PV) and special tariff vouchers (STV) of the same denomination.
- Included VAS services will not be activated with the BSNL multiple recharge feature.
- Subscribers may not be able to verify or view the details of the second PV / STV such as validity, gifts, etc. until activation.
In the event of a change to a PV / STV functionality, only the new functionality will be provided to subscribers upon activation of the second recharge.
