Blackberry released updated version twitter app for Blackberry 10 users

 
After receiving a number of grievances from users about bugs Blackberry updated its Twitter mobile app for Blackberry 10. BlackBerry released an update on its official website about how users can demote from the current version to the older version of the Blackberry 10 app.
In addition to the above Blackberry stated on its official blog step by step instructions to roll back to the Twitter version 10.2.1 and Twitter version 10.2.2 has been removed from BlackBerry World due to user reported issues. We are actively investigating and will provide an update here when Twitter 10.2.2 has been re-posted.

The 10.2.2 Twitter update had brought several enhancements to the app including BBM connectivity, to reply within tweets, timeline photo previews, a boost to the search function and much more.
BlackBerry customer based dropped nearly 68 per cent over the past few years, from 250,000 to 80,000. The struggling handset maker has given away a lot of free upgrades to help preserve its customers and will start asking payments for service after 2013 year end.

BSNL Blackberry Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) withdrawn in GSM Mobile Services

 
Leading Telecom Operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Competent Authority has announced to withdraw Blackberry Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) under GSM Mobile Services across India.
BSNL has been decided to withdraw Blackberry STVs with MRP of Rs.955/- and Rs.3205/- with having validity of 90 days across all Telecom Circles.

The above Revision will be implemented and with effect from 01-11-2013.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

BSNL Launched Blackberry (BB Z10) Prepaid and Postpaid offers

 
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced and Launched Blackberry plans under both Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile services as promotional measure for a period of 90 days.

The BSNL Competent Authority has decided to offer Blackberry plans as promotional basis under Prepaid and Postpaid services details are given here under below:-

Unlimited internet browsing access limited to Blackberry smart phones


Note: For post paid plans service tax as applicable is extra. For prepaid plans, plan charges includes service tax.
In case Jammu and Kashmir MRP of STV is exclusive of service tax.
BSNL Telecom Circles can adjust the MRP in the price band upto Rs.5 (+/-) of above price considering the local market condition and Technical feasibility.
The above tariff will be applicable for a promotional period of 90 days with effect from 18-03-2013.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

BSNL Offers BIS Social plan under Blackberry services

 
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced Promotional offer under Blackberry services. The BSNL Competent Authority has decided to allow 300 (Local/National) SMS per month in BIS Social plan under both Prepaid and Postpaid plan as a promotional measure for 90 days.
