The Competent Authority has decided to launch new GSM prepaid plan known as ‘Aajeevan’ offers Local/STD On-net at 1.2ps/sec, Local/STD Off-net 1.3ps/sec, Local SMS 80ps and 90ps SMS for STD with initial validity for 180 days (6 months).
The new ‘Aajeevan’ the features of the Plan are mentioned below:

Under Friends and Family scheme BSNL slashed call rates to 3 On-net numbers at 20ps/min and 40ps/min to Off-net. Video calling rates are also considerably lower at 1.5ps for BSNL network and 1.8ps for other network.
Free sim will be offered to new activation only on request this plan. If customers desire to migrate this plan use Rs.44/- plan voucher.
This plan is applicable for only Kerala Telecom Circle customers.
The above new plan will be implemented and with effect from 01-11-2013 to 29-01-2014 (90 days).
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
