BSNL Fiber, landline and broadband users can submit their complaint through the self-help portal in simple steps. You don't need to register or log in to submit your complaint.
- Visit the BSNL Selfcare portal
- Click the "Register Complaint" link in the sidebar.
- On the next page, choose "Register Complaint".
- Choose the "Type of service" from the drop-down menu
