However, this BSNL Cinemaplus Service offer is available and applicable for bsnl broadband new connection subscribers. The customer can take advantage of the first month of free service and from the second month to the sixth month, subscriber need to pay Rs 129/- per month (Exclusive of GST) and from the 7th month onwards, customer need to pay Rs 199/- (GST extra will be charged).

The terms and conditions of the BSNL fiber optic broadband plan (FTTH plans) as given below:

• The combined "OTT" subscription will be terminated, when the subscriber quits or exist or migrate or switch to other bsnl fiber ftth plan or broadband plans.
• The amount of revenue earned with "OTT" service providers will be shared under the agreement. BSNL will pay Rs. 99/- p.m. (excluding GST) for the first six months of subscription by customers and Rs. 125/- p.m. (excluding GST) from the seventh month of subscription by customers after the realization of the income.
• Since the validity of the bundled OTT bsnl offer available according to the Agreement entered into with M/s YuppTV is until 31/03/2022, therefore, at the same time, the "bsnl bundled offer" of the aforementioned fiber broadband plans is valid until the expiry of the BSNL agreement with M / s Yupp TV.

BSNL's corporate office has also ordered and instructed all its servicing telecommunications circles / field units to comply with all regulatory mechanisms, including online reporting to TRAI.

BSNL, the only public sector unit has announced the launch of a new exclusive broadband Internet plan for schools, universities and educational institutions for just Rs 791 per month. 

According to the latest information published on bsnl official website bsnl.co.in, new "Institution @ 791 CS369" plan is available with immediate effect only for schools / colleges / educational institutions in Karnataka telecom.

This exclusive BSNL educational broadband internet plan "Institution 791 " is available for BSNL Karnataka broadband customers from 5th October, 2021 onwards under promotional broadband offer. 

Educational institutions in Karnataka can take advantage of 'Institution 791 broadband plan' from state owned telecom company and can apply to take new broadband connective over copper or fiber or air fiber depending on availability in each location (Based on Technical feasibility).

PSU BSNL "Institution @ 791 CS369" plan offers download speeds of 100 Mbps on Bharat Fiber broadband (BSNL FTTH), 45 Mbps on Bharat Air Fiber and 10 Mbps on BSNL ADSL Broadband (copper). The static IP address is also available on the BSNL "Institution @ 791 CS369" broadband plan for an additional payment of only Rs 2000/- per year.

As the name suggests, the CUL Broadband BSNL 1600GB plan offers data usage of 1600GB in one month at a speed of 10Mbps. The static IP address will be released to customers on a billable basis. 

 

Annual rates for static IP addresses are Rs 2000 /, which will be billed together with the BSNL broadband plan. Like other plans, this plan also offers unlimited true voice calling to any network as a bundled offer.

Initial fees / Setup fees for the new BSNL DSL broadband connection

As a promotional offer, bsnl allows 100% free broadband installation charges for all new DSL broadband Internet connections for a period (Before subscribe to any one of the above broadband plans please enquire at nearest bsnl customer service center for whether offer expired or running). 

This installation fee exemption applies in all telecommunication circles, which also applies to bharat fibernet and Bharat Airfiber. The customer must purchase a new broadband ADSL modem on the free market. If the customer already has an ADSL modem, he can use the same.
