Advance BSNL Bharat Fiber bill payment schemes Revised and FAQ

BSNL Bharat Fiber charges for advance payment annual schemes are revised for broadband customers in all telecommunications circles.

Public Telecommunications in India Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the rationalization of advance payment schemes or higher payment option for BSNL Broadband customers across India with immediate effect. 

According to the latest information from bsnl official website bsnl.co.in, the revised schemes are applicable to BSNL Bharat Fiber over FTTH services, DSL Broadband, BBoWiFi (Broadband over WiFi) and Bharat Air Fiber customers from November 11, 2020 onwards.

The revised prepayment schemes are eligible to PAN India and Circle Specific plans, with the exception of the recently launched BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) plans: Fiber Basic 449, Fiber Basic Plus 599, Fiber Value 799, Fiber Premium 999 and Fiber Ultra 1499 Those who are currently enrolled in all other broadband plans can opt for the revised half-yearly / annual / two-year / three-year prepayment options.

Revised prepayment schemes will be applicable for BSNL customers Bharat Fiber (FTTH), DSL Broadband, BBoWiFi (Broadband over WiFi) and Bharat Air Fiber from 11-11-2020 onwards in all telecommunication circles.

The revised pre-payment schemes are applicable with immediate effect in all telecommunications circles from 11 November 2020 onwards. The broadband customers subscribed to ftth plans Fiber Basic 449, Fiber Basic Plus 599, Fiber Value 799, Fiber Premium 999 and Fiber Ultra 1499 plans the revised schemes do not applicable (Check FTTH Plans tariff details). It means that customers of all other broadband or FTTH plans can choose any of the above prepayment schemes according to your needs.

What are the payment options available for Broadband bill?

• Half-Year broadband bill Prepayment scheme: Under the revised order, BSNL has introduced a semi-annual payment scheme where a customer can enjoy 6 months of service by paying 5.5 months of monthly rent upfront.
• Revised Annual broadband bill payment scheme: Customers who opt for the annual prepayment plan must pay 10.5 months of FMC to get 12 months of service.
• Revised Two-year broadband bill prepayment scheme: Customers who opt for a two-year prepayment plan must pay 20.5 months of FMC to get the 24-month service.
• Revised Three-year broadband bill advance payment scheme: Customers who opt for the three-year prepayment plan must pay 30.5 months of FMC to get 36 months of service.

How can I change my current plan to six-monthly / annual / two-year / three-year prepayment plan?

Customers can change their BSNL FTTH / BSNL broadband plan to a prepayment scheme by submitting a request to the nearest BSNL Customer Service Center. However, customers can change their existing FTTH / broadband plan online via the BSNL Self Care Portal without visiting the BSNL Customer Service Center.
