PAN India BSNL extends Free National Roaming Offer further period of One Year from 15th June, 2016

BSNL has announced the extension offer for Free All India Roaming further period of One year in all Telecom Circles under GSM mobile services.

State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) based on good feedback from various units and customers has extended Free National Roaming Offer on PAN India basis with effect from 15th June, 2016.

Last year on 15th June, 2015 Telecom Minister Sri Ravi Shankar Prasad launched Free National Roaming Scheme for mobile users to receive Free incoming voice call any where in India while in Roaming for GSM Mobile customers as well CDMA WLL Customers. BSNL also Withdrawn already introduced National Roaming Rate Cutter STVs after launching Free National Roaming from 15th June, 2015 onwards.

Under this scheme, BSNL issued Clarification on Free National Roaming incoming voice calls will be allowed for a period of one year only for both Postpaid and Prepaid mobile customers (including metro cities Delhi and Mumbai) any where in India.

As per latest information, BSNL customers don’t need to apply/subscribe for extension of Free National Roaming scheme. BSNL competent authority will automatically extends this scheme by default to all GSM mobile subscribers further period of One Year with effect from 15th June, 2016 on PAN India basis.

From now, onwards BSNL customers can enjoy to receive Free National Roaming Call across the country. Whereas, BSNL also introduced Special Discount Tariff National Roaming STVs for Outgoing calls.

All other terms and conditions will remain the same for the above scheme.
