BSNL 449 fiber plan regularized and re-launched popular FTTH plans
After reviewing the customers demand under BSNL Broadband Tariff plans, PSU regularized Fiber Basic ₹ 449 plan and re-launched all FTTH fiber plans on promotional basis upto 6th October 2021.
Public telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited - BSNL has announced the extension of its most popular Bharat Fiber (FTTH) broadband Internet promotional plans: Fiber Basic, Fiber Value, Fiber Premium and Fiber Ultra until 06/10/2021 on PAN India basis.
As reported in earlier, All these, BSNL re-launched FTTH promotional plans expired on July 6, 2021.

The company has re-launched bsnl 449 broadband plan i.e Fiber Basic unlimited broadband plan to all new and existing customers across all telecom tariff circles.
It means that existing broadband customers who already subscribed for BSNL FTTH 449 plan (Basic Fiber Plan) do not need to migrate to the Fiber Baisc Plus 599 plan after 6 months and can continue with the same bsnl 449 broadband plan as per their choice.
Annual payment is also enabled for the Fiber Basic bsnl broadband 449 plan, where customers must pay 12-month monthly rental charges in advance, where customer will get extra one month of bsnl service period which is accumulated to 13-months.
BSNL has received tremendous response from customers across India after the introduction of these low-cost and affordable high-speed broadband plans over FTTH optical fiber cable services. The Public Sector Unit BSNL is now aggressively adding FTTH customers with the help of these plans through revenue sharing agreements entered into with LCO / TIP / MSO. In June 2021, BSNL increased its customer base and enhanced internet share market by adding over 1.1 lakhs of new Bharat fiber broadband (FTTH) connections with active support from LCOs.
Based on the overwhelming customer response, BSNL has decided to extend the same Promotional broadband offers for another period of 90-days until October 6, 2021.
Terms and conditions for providing these Bharat fiber broadband promotional plans: -
- Customer should note that all the above monthly rental charges do not include GST it will be charged extra and added in the ftth monthly payment bill (bsnl fiber bill pay).
- Another important thing is that, bsnl offering the bundled 'Disney + Hotstar' premium plan subscription along with the above ftth broadband fiber plans will be terminated, if they moved or migrated to other plans or upgraded. In the event that the subscriber already in the previous 'Fiber Premium' and 'Fiber Ultra' plans the same free subscriptions will be continued. The Free "Disney + Hotstar" premium plan subscription will not be provided when migrating to another broadband plan.
- Fiber Premium, Fiber Value and Fiber Ultra plans are only available from select districts of each telecom circle (depending upon the technical feasibility and availability of services).
Existing customers who have opted for the 'Fiber Basic @ Rs. 449 / 'at the time of connection activation and are still on this plan, they should not migrate to the' Fiber Basic Plus @ Rs. 599 / - '.

These provisions will be implemented starting from 07-09-2021 on a promotional broadband offer basis for a period of 90 days, or until 6 October 2021 as indicated above.
The above charges do not include GST. In addition, customer can approach to the nearest customer service center or BSNL affiliates / resellers / channel partners, to subscribe above FTTH broadband plans or by calling the bsnl toll-free number: 1800 345 1500.
