At No Extra Cost BSNL offers 4 times faster internet speed at Cheaper Rate

To encourage BSNL customers and experience better services from BSNL announced upgradation of internet speed which is 4 times faster than normal speed offering currently across the country.

State runs Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) celebrating formation day on 1st October, 2015 has decided to offer a minimum broadband speed of 2Mbps from 1st October, 2015 onwards in all Telecom Circles.

BSNL introduced several plans under Landline services i.e
Free Night calling to any network from 09:00pm to 07:00am for specific plans in all telecom circles.

BSNL already implemented Free National Roaming across the country where BSNL Postpaid and Prepaid users can receive free incoming call any where in India without any charges and also introduced Rate-Cutter National Roaming Special Tariff Voucher (National Roaming STVs) for making outgoing calls in all Telecom Circles.

BSNL currently offering minimum speed is 512Kbps, now the competent authority of BSNL on occasion of BSNL Formation day on 1st October has decided to offer/upgrade minimum speed to 2Mbps (Pre FUP) following condition Fair Usage Policy.

After announcement of Free night calling to any network scheme has increased number of landline and broadband connections in all telecom circles to encourage customer new and existing BSNL upgraded internet speed to compete with Private Telecom players. TRAI has no objection on up-gradation of broadband speed minimum 2Mbps to all Broadband plans.

BSNL officially announced to launch 4G Services by the end of next march, 2016 in selected circle areas.
BSNL CMD Anupam Srivastava addressing to media on this occasion said, ‘We have increased the internet speed four times, we have ensured 2 Mbps is available at last mile, which is the customer premises starting from 1st October as BSNL formation day’.
