This is simply registering on online, then go for recharge at customers requirement, for example, recharge, Topups, STVs and more on BSNL Portal.
This facility is started for those BSNL prepaid customers who are unable to get their recharge coupons in the market they can recharge at home just registering their name who are having internet banking facility to their prepaid mobile through BSNL portal.

I have Excel India plan(hyderabad) and i want to migrate in general plan but after sending sms message MGEN to 53733. I got reply that "You are not under the plan requested in your sms".
