Really BSNL swindling by activation of Value Added Services?

Most of the BSNL subscribers are complaining about without approval of customer activation of gaming services of India games and forcibly charging of Rs.200 per month.
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) issued specific guidelines to all the Telecom Operators on Value Added Services in July, 2012 that telecom companies should get clear permission from consumers through SMS, email, Fax or in writing within 24 hours of the activation of any such services. After this process of confirmation received from subscribers in continuation only telecom companies should be activated and charged for that activated services otherwise the company should discontinue value added services. Forcible of activation of services via SMS wap links or Trail based offers for a limited period and continued them without the subscribers consent is against TRAI Guidelines.Convey the customers How to Deactivate Games on Demand, VAS Services.
BSNL offering various Value Added Services like Games on Demand through Indiagames, daily, weekly, monthly alerts/news/tips/gossips/jokes etc., via SMS/sms wap links.
Really Content Providers are not in the control of BSNL Authorities, by violating the agreement rules few Content providers are pushing Value Added Services forcible on consumers unknowingly, but customers can bring their grievances to the BSNL Authorities in this regard by lodging complaint.
