PAN India BSNL has announced Black-out days for the Calendar Year 2016 for all Prepaid and Postpaid mobile customers under GSM Mobile services.
State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) declared ‘Black-out Days for the Calendar Year 2016 for GSM Mobile users across the country. Under these Black-out days GSM mobile users (Prepaid and Postpaid) will not be allowed to make any free/concessional/discounted voice calls and send Free SMS or allowed tariff cutter special tariff vouchers (Voice STVs, SMS STVs).
BSNL offered freebies for all 2G/3G mobile plans subscribers at the time of activation or monthly basis on voice and SMS, the discount on voice calls/SMS will not be allowed and will be charged as per the basic/general mobile plan on these Black-out days.
