BSNL request all Landline / Broadband / Mobile customers to make payment of bills before 31st March 2016

BSNL Kerala Telecom appealed all its esteemed customers to make payment of BSNL Landline / BSNL Broadband also BSNL Mobile bills before 31st of March, 2016.

State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has issued a press release in which requested its customers to make payment of all monthly bills (Fixed monthly charges/Usage bills) before 31st March, 2016. 


BSNL offering affordable plans tariff and discount to all its valued customers who are under Mobile / Landline / Broadband / WiMax / EVDO / CDMA services. As it nearing to end of Financial year 2015-16 BSNL ahs appealed to all customers to make payment of bills before end of this March month. 


BSNL announced that all category of Customer Service Centers (CSCs) working across Kerala Telecom Circle are kept open on all days including holiday’s upto 31st March, 2016 to received bills and to avoid inconvenience. 


In addition BSNL also urged customers whose services have been temporarily suspended owning to non-payment of dues to make payment and take re-connection immediately.


BSNL already intimated that the bills paying from Online Recharge portal PAYTM will not be accepted. Paytm is not authorized partner to receive bills of BSNL services. 


BSNL customers can also make payment through BSNL Online services like BSNL Portal and through BSNL MY APP.
