Dhanalaxmi BSNL offers special 3% concession for bill payment customers in all the telecom circles during the festival season upto Deepavali.
On Promotional basis PSU in addition to strengthening the relationship with its esteemed subscribers has launched this special rebate scheme named "Dhanalaxi Project" for the payment of bills during the festival season, i.e from 18-10-2018 onwards in all telecom circles. As per BSNL Website information During this offer period customers of BSNL can get up to 3% special off on all bills.
The above offer will be available upto 7th November, 2018 on promotional basis according to the 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff instructions / guidelines of TRAI issued from time to time.

BSNL Project Dhanalaxmi - Offer Details:
- Rate of Special Concession 1 % Billed amount (excluding GST) on payment of current bill or bills due within one month for all service during Dussehra and Deepavali. Customer has to pay full amount and discount credited in next bill.
- Rate of Special Concession 2 % For EB segment (corporate/enterprise customers) on billed amount (excluding GST) on payment of bills during Dussehra and Deepavali (from 18.10.2018 to 07.11.2018) irrespective of pay-by-date. For the customer can pay bill amount after deducting discount or pay in full and discount will be credited in next bill.
- Rate of Special Concession 3 % For all services on billed amount (excluding GST) on payment of bills during Dussehra and Deepavali (from 18.10.2018 to 07.11.2018) which are due within five months or paid in advance. Customers can make advance payment for bills due in the next 5 months and discount will be adjusted in future bills covering the advance payment.
Terms and Conditions
- Under Mobile Postpaid bills and basic landline broadband segments, customer will have to pay full amount and the discount will be effected / adjusted / credited in the next bill.
- Whereas, for bills EB vertical (corporate/enterprise segment), both the options will be available, i.e. (i) provision of short-payment (i.e. discount deduction) followed by crediting the rebate in the next billing system and
- (ii) Payment of full amount and the discount will be effected / adjusted / credited subsequently.
