Public Telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited BSNL has announced the launch of a modem (customer equipment) rental offer for its Bharat Air Fiber (BAF) customers across India i.e on PAN India basis.
As per latest information published on BSNL official website bsnl.co.in, this special scheme is applicable for both new and existing Bhart Air Fiber (BAF) customers and can join in rental modem router for bsnl broadband connection i.e customer equipment which is provided by BSNL partners.
BSNL moving strategically and competing with private telecom operators and announced Air Fiber modem rental offer over Bharat Fiber and will be available in all telecommunications circles on regular offer basis with immediate effect.

- BSNL charge customer who opt for monthly rental scheme of Rs. 249/- (GST extra) (up to 3 km radial distance) and Rs. 299/- (GST Extra) (over 3 km and up to 5 km radial distance) for Airfibre CPE to customers provided by Airfibre bsnl partners.
- When it comes to revenue sharing BSNL will hold Rs.35/- (14.05% of the CPE monthly rent up to 3 Km) and Rs.50/- (16.72% of the CPE monthly rent up to 5 Km) on this monthly rent as license and administration fee. The remaining amount will be transferred to the partners.
- BSNL Telecom Circle may offer the above rental charges to customers with the consent of the Bharat AirFibre partners.
- Payment will be made by BSNL to BAF (Bharat Air Fiber) partners only for the amount realized.
The above instructions will be implemented with immediate effect (starting 21-09-2021) on a regular basis in all telecom circles. BSNL's corporate office has also instructed its field units to secure the complaint with all regulatory mechanisms, including online reporting to the TRAI and also to update the circle's website without fail.
