How to Switch to BSNL Network from Other Networks through MNP (Mobile Number Portability)?
The customer interested to port-in to BSNL network should be advised
to send one SMS with
PORT9xxxxxxxxx to 1900
where 9xxxxxxxx is his mobile number.
Then customer will be allotted 8 digit code (UPC-Unique Porting Code) by (Donor) Present operator.
The UPC may be noted to register in the Porting Request Form to avoid rejection of application.
The Customer should be advised to fill up two Forms
The customer interested to port-in to BSNL network should be advised

- Normal Mobile CAF (Customer Application Form)
- Porting Request Form (Available at BSNL CSC)
- The Mobile Number Porting Process will take atleast of minimum 7 days
- The customer can change his MNP in multiple of times but should be retain 90 days with the present Operator from the date of SIM activation or Porting & should have no outstanding dues for sending the request.
- Customers connection will not be Disconnected in Porting period.
- BSNL taking only Few minutes of time for customers porting number
- Customers Talk value (Blance) in the Prepaid can not be carry forwarded it will be lapsed
- Mobile Number Portability is Totally FREE OF COST
- Customer can pay only the SIM cost and First Recharge coupon (Plan coupon)
- Customer can avail Many of the Features where Other Operators Don't have.
