BSNL Launches promotional Full talk value and Discounted tariff for Prepaid NGN Landline customers
BSNL has introduced reduced rate tariff and full talk value offer under NGN Landline services in all Telecom Circles as promotional basis.
State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is the Only NGN service provider across the country to offer reduced rate tariff and full talk value offer for BSNL NGN Landline customers in all Telecom Circles from 25th May, 2016 onwards.

According to the BSNL reliable sources, BSNL is to be offering new Prepaid Landline connections with Plan voucher of Rs.100/- which comes with Rs.100/- full talk value and one month validity period. Customers can make affordable calls @ 80 paisa per minute to all Local/STD voice calls in all Telecom Circles.
As per latest information, BSNL competent authority has decided to offer 90 days promotional period for BSNL fixed Prepaid Landline new as well existing customers from 25th May, 2016. BSNL allows existing fixed line customers for conversion to prepaid landline services. However, Rs.25 will be charged for existing customers with same tariff which do not include Free talk value benefit for customers.
For new Rural and Urban Prepaid landline connections BSNL will facilitate new Caller ID Landline instrument @ Rs.600/- and charge @Rs.600/- as Installation charges for one time charges.

About BSNL Fixed Prepaid Landline service and Benefits
Customer can recharge prepaid landline connections through recharge coupons available in different denomination just like a Prepaid plans mobile connection.
The above promotional offer will be implemented with effect from 25th May, 2016 and available upto 22nd August, 2016 as promotional basis for a period of 90 days in all telecom circles.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

- Users don’t have to pay FMC (Fixed monthly charge) i.e rental charges
- He/She have to pay for outgoing calls made from fixed telephony.
