Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced to implement Fair Usage Policy (FUP) for Prepaid recharge plan vouchers available in all telecom circles.

One of the best 4G Technology service provider in India BSNL has been offering affordable aptariff and unlimited freebies in both voice and data segment through prepaid plan vouchers Pratibhaplus 49, Jeevitha 79, Ananth 105, Amulya 119, Plan 171, Ananth plus 328, Plan 498, Plan 599, Plan 899, Plan 1001, Plan 1312 and Plan 1399 across Andhrapradesh Telecom and Telangana Telecom circles.

After entrance of Reliance Jio in the mobile market the Unlimited feature was implemented and habituated to all mobile users but later on this benefit is diluted. BSNL made it clear that to increase companies revenue and ARPU reducing the validity and restricting voice calling minutes upto 250 minutes per day. In other-hand private telecom players Vodafone, Airtel and Idea Cellular also implemented the same restriction limiting to 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week, but it has been removed now to compete with Reliance Jio in the mobile market.

The reason behind Airtel, Vodafone and idea Cellular for removing the per day minutes voice calling CAP that they are offering VoLTE service to the customers.

However, If a customer is using more than 250minutes outgoing minutes [(Local + STD + Outgoing Roaming) (On-net/Off-net) as per Unlimited recharge benefits] in a day. Then, after consumption of 250 minutes, the customer will be charged at the base tariff of the plan for the rest of the day till
midnight 0.00hrs.

BSNL’s Free 100 minutes new voice calling vouchers available with short term validity and launched on promotional basis.

High-speed 4G technology services provider in India Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has announced launch of two new denominations which offers Free voice calling Minutes on BSNL network and other network across Gujarat Telecom circles under Prepaid mobile services.

..PSU BSNL recently introduced new Abhinandan 151 Prepaid mobile plan in view of India vs Pakistan World Cup 2019 match to honor Wing Cammander Abhinandan Varthaman. The plan brings free 1GB internet usage and 100 SMS per day for 24 days validity. The plan will also offer subscribers with unlimited voice calls Local/STD without any FUP.

Gujarat BSNL Mobile services launched two lower denominations of Rs.11/- and Rs.24/- special tariff vouchers which gives Free voice calls benefit for Prepaid customers who recharges to get benefit of short period voice calling to any network services.

Details of BSNL Gujarat’s new Short term STVs

• Voice STV of Rs.11 comes with a validity of 15 days, Offers 100 Free minutes to Local/STD voice calls to BSNL network.
• Another STV of Rs.24 comes with a validity of 15 days, Offers 100 Free minutes to Local/STD voice calls to any network.

These two packs can be activated through USSD only. The STVs will not be activated through Easy recharge or Online recharge or through bsnl portal or any recharge websites available online. To activate these STVs subscriber need to Dial *444*11# or *444*24#

After dialing for recharge prepaid account with denominations of Rs.11 and Rs.24 are the applicable cost shall be deducted from the customer main account prepaid balance.

The above promotional Free minutes packs will be available upto 1st September 2019 and applicable to all Prepaid plans available in Gujarat circle.

After entrance of Reliance Jio in the telecom sector the scenario has been changed the strategy of companies along with BSNL and major private telecom operators are decided to rationalize the freebies from limited to Unlimited under data and voice segment and giving maximum benefit to its customers to retain connections.

Here, two denominations of voice and data packs of Rs.99/- and 98/- from BSNL recently launched in all telecom circles and running successfully after launch of higher value prepaid plans of Rs.429/-, Rs.666/-, Rs.385/- etc., for prepaid mobile subscribers.

BSNL’s Voice pack of Rs.99/- (including GST) is offering Unlimited Local/STD voice calls to any network while in Home circle as well National Roaming (except in New Delhi and Mumbai areas). In addition prepaid users also get one PRBT benefit i.e Free caller tune at the time of activation. However, this voice STV freebies applicable for period of 26 days beyond validity all call charges will be as per Prepaid general plan i.e Basic plan.

Another, Data pack of Rs.98/- named ‘Data Tsunami’ is launched on 18th May, 2018 is offering 1.5GB free data usage per day to prepaid mobile customers to experience high-speed internet browsing. However, Tsunami data STV freebies are applicable for a period of 26 days.

Comparison of the above two voice and data STVs used for prepaid services will enable prepaid mobile subscribers to choose one segment where there need is maximum instead of using higher denomination plans / STVs every time to extend the validity and wasting money.

BSNL launches new Lower price National Roaming STV 39 offers Free PRBT and Free SMS to anynet

State run Telecom Company BSNL has announced the launch of new Special Tariff Voucher under Voice calling service for Prepaid mobile plan customers on PAN India basis.

Telecom Business services Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) according to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) 43rd Amendment Orders / guidelines / clarification issued from time to time introduced lower denomination new Unlimited Voice calls making STV 39 for Prepaid plan customers in all Telecom circles from 7th May, 2018 onwards.

As per latest information, BSNL claim that according to the new trend and fashions usage of voice services across the country has decided to launch new mobile tariff voucher under special category at lower rate of Rs.39/- which offers Unlimited voice benefits in Home circle as well National roaming with Free caller tune and SMS for Prepaid subscribers. 

This new Prepaid Voice STV 39 will Insures all features of voice calls which allows Prepaid tariff plan user to make Unlimited voice call in Home circle and National roaming in BSNL network areas only (Excluding Mumbai and Delhi areas). In addition subscriber will also get Free PRBT (Personalized Ring back tone) is value added service wherein any caller who calls another subscriber gets to hear a tune instead of normal ring back tone of mobile device. Similar, with the above two freebies 100 Free SMS will be allowed to send any network mobile operator in India.

However, the validity of this new Voice pack is fixed to 10 days from the date of activation. The MRP of existing Data STV 39 of Westzone, Northzone and Eastzone can shift or any other STV to next lower denomination in the range of Rs.31 to Rs.38/- according to the technical feasibility and availability. Whereas, for Southzone circle may alter the Unlimited voice denomination adding Rs.7/- or lowering Rs.7/- whichever is applicable.

The above Voice pack will be implemented with effect from 07-05-2018 on PAN India basis and available for all Prepaid plan customers to make Unlimited voice calls to any network while in National Roaming.

Increasing demand for National Roaming services in this Summer season (Holiday Tour season) BSNL has announced launch of new multi benefit providing Special Tariff Voucher (STV) 118 for Prepaid mobile users.

State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to benefit National Roaming Prepaid mobile subscribers has decided to launch new Roaming STV 118 which offers, free voice calls, data usage and Free caller tune from 1st April, 2018 onwards in all Telecom Circles.

In a statement Shri R.K.Mittal, Director (CM) BSNL Board said, 'We are committed to provide affodable and efficient services to our customers. This special tariff voucher is combo STV and gives unlimited calling for BSNL network to those customers who are using limited data'.
 
As per latest information, BSNL’s new Voucher 118 (inclusive of GST) offers, Unlimited Free voice calls in Home Circle and National Roaming in BSNL Roaming Areas (Excluding Mumbai and Delhi) + 1GB free data usage with Free PRBT (Free caller tune) comes with 28 days validity.

The implementation of the tariff is to be made in accordance with 43rd amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and Orders /guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time time.

The above STV will be implemented with effect from 1st April, 2018 onwards in all Telecom Circles.

BSNL withdrawal of Voice STV 47 and introduced new Unlimited Combo STV 58 and PRBT Voice STV 47 from 17th February, 2018

Largest Telecom PSU BSNL has announced launch of another two affordable lowest price Voice STVs under Unlimited voice calls segment for Prepaid mobile customers in all Telecom Circles.

State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to benefit prepaid users and give counter response to its rival private telecom operators has decided to launch another two Unlimited calling special tariff vouchers for Prepaid mobile users which supports National roaming, free sms and free data usage.

As per latest information, BSNL launches two new Unlimited STVs of Rs.58 and Rs.47 on PAN India basis according to the 43rd Amendment of TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) instructions / guidelines / orders from time to time. However, BSNL also withdrawn existing voice of Rs.47 which offers, Local voice calls to BSNL network @ 20 paisa per minute with Rs.20 free talk value comes with 21 days validity.

New Unlimited STVs tariff details:
STV 58 offers, Unlimited Local/STD voice calls (On-net/Off-net) in Home LSA and National Roaming (excluding Delhi and Mumbai). In addition customer will get 100 Free SMS and 500MB free data usage which comes with 7 days validity.

STV 47 offers, Unlimited Local/STD voice calls (On-net/Off-net) in Home LSA and National Roaming (excluding Delhi and Mumbai). In addition customers will get Free Caller tune which comes with 11 days validity.

Note: Customers should note the above STVs MRP may vary in each telecom circle in each telecom circle upto margin of +Rs.2 to +Rs.5 according to the denomination availability and technical feasibility.

The above vouchers will be implemented with effect from 17th February, 2018 onwards in all telecom circles for Prepaid mobile customers.
