Paramilitary force personnle using BSNL connection and Port-in customers will also be allowed to activate the special plan by using the FRC of the plan.
On migration to the new plan, the unutilized balance in the customers account will be carried forward. However, validity of the previous plan will not be carried forward.
Rs.5 per number per occassion will be recovered for change in 5 F&F numbers.
Special Tariff vouchers (STVs) are allowed subject to technical feasibility.
the top ups also have 30days validity which is practically not possible for defence personal & if such is the case what is the use of introducing such plans..We people are not sure when & where will be tomorrow or the very next hour. BSNL should seriously think over it that we people are posted in remote areas too or due to our work profile its not feasible to go to a retailer every month on a fixed date of every month(validity 30 days). Secondly the Rs. 97 recharge should be available online too & once again the top-ups on this plan should have no validity issues so that we can top-up our balance as & when required of any desired amount.I am pretty sure that this post will bring some thoughts to the concerned authorities of BSNL.
