Support Mobile Operators in Re-verification of CAF

Bharati Airtel Leading Mobile Operator in India found guilty, its Postpaid Customer lodged a complaint in Consumer Forum for Harassing by demanding Fresh Documents to verify his six-year old connection and stopping of Out Going calls (OG) to his number. The Consumer Forum ordered Bhatati Airtel to pay Rs.25,000 to that Customer as compensation for Harassment, mental agony, and litigation.
When a subscriber required a Postpaid connection Number the Mobile Operators requests Residential Proof certificate and Identity Proof certificate like Driving License, Passport, Ration card or Voter ID card, if these were submitted with initial charges of payment as deposit after filling Customer Application Form then only Postpaid Connection will be issued without these practice no Postpaid number will be allotted to any Customer. 
According to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) instructions all the Mobile Operators are very serious about to collection of Data (Customer Application Form) for its Old numbers for re-verification and are following very strictly to avoid penalty.
The Old Number Mobile user customers should cooperate to the Mobile operators by providing necessary documents to its nearest Customer Service Center when required.

If the Customers can have any type of complaints or they felt harassment can lodge complaint on those Mobile Operators in Consumer Forum.
