The BSNL Kerala Competent Authority has decided to withdraw the Annual plans which are running successfully like Plan-60 (Rural), Plan-1200 (Urban) and Bi-annual plans like Plan-2160 running in Urban areas.
The existing customers who are availing the above plans can continue the same and shall be allowed to till the expiry of committed period of time. After expiry of committed period all the existing customers who are availing the above plans will be migrated to any one plan which is chosen by the customer including Annual/Two years/Three years advance payment option plans or general plans introduced earlier.
In addition to the above BSNL Competent Authority of Kerala Telecom Circle has also re-launched Shifting and Name Transfer charges for Telephone connection.
The details for Shifting and Name Transfer Charges are here under given below:-
Name Transfer of Telephone Connection: Rs.200/- per occasion.
Note:
Shifting Charges will be applied for those customers who request for shifting of Landline is complied within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of request from the customer and there is no charge in case the sift is not completed within 15 days.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
