BSNL re-launched Full Usage Value and Extension Offer on Sale price of GSM based FWP

State run Telecom Operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) introduced promotional offer on GSM Prepaid Topup denominations and Extension offer on GSM based FWP (BSNL Fixed Wireless Phones) for limited period across Tamilnadu Telecom Circle (Including Chennai Telephone District).
The competent Authority of BSNL Tamilnadu has launched two promotional offers Full usage value and discount extension offer on sale price of GSM based FWP, the details are here under follows:

Full Usage Value Offer:
Tamilnadu Circle re-launched Full Usage Value equal to MRP on GSM Topups denominations with MRP of Rs.100/- to Rs.190/- under both Prepaid 2G and 3G Mobile services for 8 days. This Full usage value offer is applicable on Topup vouchers/C-Topup/Flexi Topup available in Tamilnadu Telecom Circle (Including Chennai Telephone District) customers with effect from 22-11-2013 to 29-11-2013.
Note: Wherever, the usage value offered with top-up voucher is more than the MRP, the higher usage value already offered will prevail.

Discount offer on Sale price of GSM based FWP (BSNL Fixed Wireless Phones)
On receiving good feedback from various districts in Tamilnadu Circle the competent authority has been decided to extend the existing offer of reduction in sale price of Fixed Wireless Phone (FWP) for further period of 90 days, the details are here under below:

Sale Price of GSM FWP	Rs.1000/- incl. of all taxes
SIM Card & activation	Rs.20/- (incl. of S. Tax) for the plans with plan vouchers175,42 & 37
SIM Validity	7 days
Plan voucher	Customer has to purchase the plan Voucher as per his/her requirement (2)
Free talk time	Rs.125/-per month  ON-NET – Local & STD for 12 months (not applicable on roaming) (Note - 3)
Commission to Franchisee	8 % of original cost excluding all taxes

This offer is applicable in Tamilnadu Telecom Circle (Including Chennai Telephone District) with effect from 21-11-2013 to 18-02-2014.

Note:
Existing Plan validity of one year with General Prepaid Plans will continue to be available and SIM Cost Rs 20 is to be charged.
Existing allowed Plan Vouchers are Rs.175 (General Neo), Rs.42 (Second Neo Plan) & Rs.37 (Minute Neo Plan). 
The free talk value of Rs.125/- per month allowed for a month is to be utilized within the month for which it is allowed & no carry forward will be allowed.
Existing validity extension/top-up conditions as per the chosen Plan voucher shall be applicable and there is no change in all other terms and conditions including the activation procedure.
