Telecom Subscribers consider BSNL and Vodafone are the Best Networks

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has exposed report on Level of satisfaction of telecom customers in the state. TRAI has appoints independent agencies to conduct Survey for customer satisfaction of telecom services, places Vodafone in number one position in terms of customer satisfaction followed by BSNL and Airtel.

TRAI has set a standard of realizing a minimum of 90 per cent of service pleasure for overall telecom services on a scale of 1-7 in eleven telecom services in Kerala Telecom Circle. The key restrictions included in the survey are customer satisfaction connected to provision of services, billing performance, help services network performance, dependability and availability, maintainability and additional services.
Following to the above TRAI report, Reliance, Idea, Tata Teleservices and Sistema Shyam (MTS) grasp 4th to 7th places. The report is based on the evaluation of the independent agencies that TRAI hired for doing customer satisfaction surveys of telecom services for the period April, 2013-September, 2013.

However, in most of the telecom circles in other states people are not alert the fact that there exists an appellate authority for grievances, the subscribers in Kerala know this which indicates the customers here are more demanding, views the study.
