State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Kerala Telecom Circle announced Special offers on account of Mela started for both Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile customers. Under this Mela offers mobile customers can avail Free Prepaid SIM Cards along with Free activation of Postpaid mobile connections and Full Talk Time, Extra Talk time on Prepaid vouchers through Exhibitions/Melas across Kerala Telecom Circle.

BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle Mela Offers
Full Talk Time on Prepaid Topup voucher denomination of Rs.220 (Incl.ST).
Free Prepaid SIM Cards (32K/64K) offered through Mela/Exhibitions/Roadshows exclusively for new connections.
For any plan purchased under Postpaid services offers Free Activation i.e waiver of Activation charges of Rs.100/- for new connections through Mela/Exhibitions/Roadshows.
BSNL shall not provide 128K/256K SIM card in Free Activation scheme customers have to purchase if necessary through Mela/Exhibitions/Roadshows.
The above offers will be offered during Mela/Exhibitions/Roadshows period across Kerala Telecom Circle for both Prepaid and Postpaid customers.
The above offers will be implemented with effect an available for Kerala Telecom Circle customers from 17-08-2015 on promotional basis.
