BSNL the highest revenue generating Kerala Telecom Circle Kerala has started Mela Offers for GSM mobile customers as promotional basis in May, 2016.
State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Kerala Telecom Competent authorities has decided to conduct Mela Offers for both Prepaid plans and Postpaid plans customers as Promotional Offer basis from 17th May, 2016 onwards.
As per latest information, BSNL conducting Mela Offers for Prepaid and Postpaid mobile customers to offer Full Talk Time, Extra Talk Time, Free Prepaid SIM cards with 250MB Free 3G data usage with Rs.40 talk value. In addition BSNL offers Free activation of Postpaid mobile connections through BSNL conducting Melas/Exhibitions offer across Kerala Telecom Circle.
During this mela offer period, BSNL Prepaid plans customers can get Full Talk Value and Extra Talk Value on specific denomination Topup vouchers available across Kerala circle. Simultaneously, for new Postpaid customers will get Free postpaid activation through mela offer from 17th May, 2016 onwards for a period of ten days.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

- 250MB Free 3G data usage to new customers of Mithram Prepaid plan
- Waiver of activation charges of Rs.100/- for new Postpaid mobile connection any plan through mela/exhibitions.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
