BSNL has announced the launch of Mela Offers (Exclusive) for Prepaid and Postpaid mobile customers under GSM mobile services.
State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) offering Free Postpaid mobile connection activation, Free Prepaid SIM cards along with Full Talk Value, Free data usage and Extra talk time through BSNL conducting Special Mela / Exhibitions across Kerala Telecom Circle.
As per latest information, BSNL Kerala Telecom Competent authority has decided to conduct Melas / Exhibitions for a period of five days from 13th June onwards to Offer special tariff and benefits to mobile users as promotional basis.
BSNL offering Free SIM card comes with Free Mithram Prepaid plan with 250Mb free 3G data usage, Rs.40 talk value, free extra Pyari Jodi SIM car to new Per-second/Per-minute/Special Roaming tariff plan customer having the special benefit of Free 20 minute call per day to one Mobile as well Landline connection number within the LSA.
Kerala Circle Mela Offer details for a period of 5 days
Customer have purchase Plan voucher (First Recharge coupon) after getting Free SIM card worth of Rs.20/- through Melas/exhibitions. However, customers who have enrolled to Mithram Prepaid plan can get always Full Talk Time on topup denominations of Rs.200/-, Rs.500/- and Rs.1000/- along with option scheme Friends and Family to make reduced voice calls to any network 5 number within the circle without using any STVs/RCCs.
The above Mela offer will be implemented with effect from 13th June, 2016 and available upto 17th June, 2016 for a period of 5 days.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

- Free SIM card (32K – 128K Normal SIM/ Micro SIM/Repluggable – Smart SIM) worth Rs.20/- will be offered to both New as well as PORT IN customers of BSNL.
- Full Talk Value on Topup denominations of Rs.150 and Rs.250
