BSNL’s one of the highest revenue generating circle across India has announced two spells Mela Offers in July, 2016 with Free 3G Micro SIM cards with Free 3G data usage and exclusive full talk time offers for student special and Mithram prepaid customers.
As per latest information, BSNL Kerala telecom competent authority has decided to conduct Melas / Exhibitions in July, 2016 to offer Full talk time, extra talk time, Free SIM cards and Free activation for Postpaid mobile connection during mela offer period.

As per latest information, BSNL Kerala telecom competent authority has decided to conduct Melas / Exhibitions in July, 2016 to offer Full talk time, extra talk time, Free SIM cards and Free activation for Postpaid mobile connection during mela offer period.
Under BSNL Free SIM offer includes, Free Mithram prepaid mobile connection with 250Mb free 3G data usage with Rs.40 talk time, New Student special plan with 1GB free 3G data usage, Free extra Pyari Jodi SIM card to new Per-secon/Per-minute/Special Roaming tariff plan customers, having the special benefit of Free 20 minute call per day to one Mobile number/Landline across Kerala Circle.
During this offer period customer has to pay charges for plan voucher prepaid mobile connection which is inclusive of service tax. Plan vouchers are used to enroll prepaid mobile customer in a specific tariff plan.
BSNL Special Mela Offers details to be conducted in two spells
- New Student Special plan (exclusive for new and MNP customers) with 1GB free data, call rate @ 10ps/min (On-net) and 30ps/min (Off-net), SMS @15ps/minute.
- Full Talk Time for Topup denomination of Rs.150 and Rs.250
- 250Mb Free 3G data usage to new Mithram Prepaid plan customers
- Free SIM card (applicable to 32K-128K Normal SIM/Micro SIM/Smart SIM) worth of Rs.20/- to be offered for both new as well PORT IN customers.
- Waiver of activation charges of Rs.100/- for new postpaid mobile connection of any plan through Melas/Exhibitions.
- Free extra Pyari Jodi SIM card to new per second/Perminute/special roaming tariff plan (PV 106/107/199) customers, having the special benefit of Free 20 minute call per day to one Landline/Mobile number of Local Keral BSNL with 180 days validity.
The above Promotional Special Mela offer will be conducted in two spells from
- 1st July, 2016 to 08th July, 2016 for a period of 8 days
- 29th July, 2016 to 30th July, 2016 for a period of 2 days.
