BSNL for the upcoming festival and to enhance customer usage in the New year 2021 has announced Prepaid Republic Day Offers - Benefiting with Additional validity for 1999 and 2399 prepaid annual plans starting January 10, 2021.
Public Telecommunications company in India Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited - BSNL on the occasion of the 72nd Republic Day, festival like Lohri, Makar Sankranti (Pongal 2021) and other special holidays such as the birthday of Guru Gobind singh etc., celebrated across India which were so important to Indians.
In this connection BSNL has decided to offer additional validity with annual prepaid plans 1999 and 2399 from 10 January 2021 as prepaid promotional offers basis.
BSNL has also decided to revise its prepaid plan 2399 to offer unlimited data (3GB / day), free OTT subscription to EROS NOW content and free BSNL songs with unlimited song change option at the cost of a reduced validity of 365 days. Currently, the 2399 BSNL plan is valid for 600 days, which is available until today, i.e. until January 9, 2021.
The current annual prepaid plan 1999 will also be revised to offer a free OTT subscription to EROS NOW Content and free BSNL songs (Free BSNL Tunes) for the entire validity period.

- No Voice FUP conditions for the 1999 and 2399 prepaid annual plans.
- Free SMS / day ($$) will be applied to national and national roaming, including the MTNL network roaming zones of Delhi and Mumbai. The SMS / Voice benefits (if any) of this coupons cannot be used for outgoing SMS / Voice to premium numbers, IN numbers, international numbers and other paid short bsnl USSD codes; for this services customer will be charged as per the base bsnl tariff plan of as applicable. This coupon is intended solely for personal use of the included services. BSNL reserves the right to immediately terminate the service in case of misuse / fraud / unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use. Unused free benefits will be forfeited when the recharge of the current plan expires.
- The combination of PRBT (BSNL Tunes) and EROS with PV2399 (Plan Voucher 2399) will be carried out for the entire validity period of PV2399, which is currently 437 days with promotional offer. This additional validity of 72 days with PV2399 will be given w.e.f. implementation date until 31/03/2021 as a promotional offer on the occasion of the 72nd Republic Day.
- Rationalization of data from PV1999 to 2 GB per day w.e.f. from 02-01-2021.
The above rate (except PV1999 data optimization) will be implemented from January 10, 2021 onwards. The implementation of the bsnl prepaid tariffs will take place in accordance with the 43rd amendment to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India - TRAI orders / guidelines / clarifications issued from time to time.
Revised BSNL Prepaid Plan 2399
BSNL revised 2399 plan offers Truly Unlimited voice calls, unlimited Internet data (3GB per day), 100 free SMS per day, free BSNL songs, and free ROS NOW content. All these benefits are available for the entire validity period of the Prepaid Plan 2399.
The validity of the BSNL 2399 plan will be 437 days from January 10, 2021 to March 31st, 2021 as a Republic Day Offer. After that, the validity will be 365 days.
Revised BSNL Prepaid Plan 1999
The revised BSNL plan from 1999 offers unlimited real voice calls, unlimited data (2GB per day), 100 free SMS per day, free BSNL tunes, and free ROS NOW content. All these freebies / features are available for the entire period of validity of the 1999 Prepaid Plan.
The validity of the 1999 BSNL plan will be 386 days from 10 January 2021 to 31 January 2021 as a Republic Day Offer. After that, the validity will be 365 days. The BSNL 1999 plan also offers free Lokdhun content for the first 60 days.
